Every Sunday is different on it’s own way. Once praise started, God was already there, moving in such a mighty way. I couldn’t help but sing and dance with giggles here and there. Once worship started, His presence got thicker. It’s so beautiful. His presence is so beautiful. I had to stop singing. I just wanted to gaze on His beauty.
That’s what Pastor Chito taught, too. What would happen if we just keep our eyes on God? Stop looking around in the world.
Looking to God is the easiest thing to do because it doesn’t require any equipment.
2 Chronicles 16:9 “God is always on the alert, constantly on the lookout for people who are totally committed to him. You were foolish to go for human help when you could have had God’s help…”
Mmmm, oh, how I want and need the discipline of “Faith by Looking” to God.
& not to mention the disciplIne of “The Blessedness of Having Nothing”. I want that. I want to be able to go into something, like a blessing, and have that discipline, knowing that God can take it away any second so I shouldn’t hold on to it so tight. He gives and He takes away.
Happy Sunday Funday, y’all! :)
